What can you expect?

1. OUR FIRST MEETING

Our journey begins with a quick chat. During this step, I’ll get to know you and your business, what your vision is and what kind of photos you want. 

2. MAKING IT OFFICIAL

It’s a match! Once the details have been finalized, the contract signed and the booking payment paid, you have officially booked me! I will assist you with outfit and location choices & support you in any way possible.

3. BUSINESS MEETS VISUAL IMPACT

Today is the day! I hope you and your team slept well, because it’s time to meet at the (first) location. Whether it’s at your headquarters or a designated studio, we’ll create magic that truly captures the magic of your brand & what you stand for.

4. HIGHWAY TO SUCCESS

Following the shoot, you’ll have the opportunity to select the photos you’d like me to edit. Once you have sent back your selection, it’s time for the fun part.
Within 4 weeks, I’ll send you the final gallery.

I offer both. Packages are available for common services, but we’re happy to create custom solutions based on your goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Yes! I shoot on-location at your office, retail space, real estate property, or any relevant environment. Studio sessions are also available for headshots and product work.

Please note: the quotes don’t include studio fees and they will be added to the final invoice.

Absolutely—travel is available regionally and beyond. Let me know your location and I’ll include any travel fees in your quote.

Yes—multi-location and outfit changes can be built into the session. Just let us know in advance so I can plan accordingly.

I’ll send you a prep guide to help with outfits, locations, and visual direction. I also offer creative planning support to make sure your images reflect your brand.

Dress to reflect your brand and role—clean, professional, and comfortable. I recommend solid colors, minimal patterns, and options for both formal and casual looks.

Session time varies by service:
 
  • Property shoots: 45–90 minutes
  • Products: Depends on quantity and complexity
  • Headshots: 15–45 minutes per person
  • Lifestyle sessions: 1–3 hours depending on scope

Standard turnaround is 2–4 weeks depending on the project. Rush delivery is available upon request.
